About Me

My photo
Ronald Stimphil
I am who I am by God's grace. I immigrated to the United States in August 1985 and lived in New York City with my father, stepmother and three of my siblings. I was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, on August 31, 1964. In August 1996, I married Pluvenie Pluviose, who subsequently changed her name to Pluvenie Pluviose-Stimphil. We moved to Louisville, KY, so that I could pursue my theological studies. My wife and I have five children (one daughter and four sons): Rubenie Chris, Ronald Eli, Ray Joshua, Ravi Gabe and Remmon Pluv. We have been living in Conyers, Georgia since August 2006. I hold an associate degree in Pre-Engineering from Queensborough Community College in Bayside, NY, a bachelor degree in Psychology and Liberal Arts (Mathematics, Physics and psychology) from the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY, and a master of divinity degree in Pastoral Counseling, with emphasis in marriage and family therapy, from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. Pluvenie homeschools our five children.
